Thanks to excellent troubleshooting and fix by @akshay we have fixed almost two year old issue in fasttrack.debian.net in accepting golang packages which uses a Built-Using field (debian archive kit/dak expects all the packages mentioned in that filed to be present in the same repo). Akshay modified dak to check the official repo for these packages and fasttrack repo acts as an overlay of the official repos.

@akshay With this fix, I moved all packages in my personal repo to fasttrack.debian.net and I'm no longer a single point of failure for gitlab updates (well, at least technically, as other people have access to update packages in fasttrack.debian.net, but in practice I'm still the single point of failure as I'm unable to find more people to consistently contribute to the package maintenance effort, at times some people help out a bit and leave).
