But users can add their phone numbers to the other directory manually. So a Prav user who like to be discovered by Quicksy users can add their Prav XMPP id to Quicksy directory at https://quicksy.im/enter and wise versa (we are yet to implement this at Prav side, but we hope to allow people add their XMPP ids to Prav directory eventually).
